I think we've had a enough YJ Martian strength questions. Especially, "How strong are Martians on Earth-16". This was recently answered by Greg, who has answered this a few times before.

Yeah I think that Xanatos might be a big believer in objectivism but is far less pretentious than Ayn Rand.

Though personally, I like to think Xanatos has way more class then Rand at least.

Today is the day.

1) Did David Xanatos fall in love with the writings of Ayn Rand at a young age. His personal philosophy of self-reliance and manipulation of others seems a lot like some form of Objectivism.

2) I love your use of Easter eggs, like the gargoyle statue in Spectacular Spider-Man, the voice casting of Black Spider in Young Justice, etc. I didn't spot any of these in Green Lantern or the Rain of Ghost books. Am I not looking hard enough?

3) Who would you say is the better chess-player, Xanatos or Norman Osborn?

I was rewatching Spectacular Spider-man and a bunch of questions cropped up in my mind about a minor character, Jean DeWolff. I liked the comic book version of the character way back when she was introduced as she was much more fleshed out than most police characters in comics. You made some interesting changes in SSM, changing her rank form captain to officer, and her ethnicity form Italian-Ameircan to Native American and I was curious about that (FWIW, I thought there was huge potential created by the changes.

1) Was the change in ethnicity partly a nod to the Maza family of cops in Gargoyles? More specifically, is Jean cast in a similar role to Elisa, a beleiver in law and order who could serve as a foil to the vigilante hero?

2) Partnering Jean with Stan Carter is fascinating and creepy for anyone familiar with their comic book counterparts. Did you have any plans to do some version of that story?

3) Were you planning on using Jean to bring in any Native American elements form the comics, like Puma, or Red Wolf. FWIW, the short-lived Red Wolf comic from the 70s featured a Mohawk patrolwoman as a major supporting character.

4) Jean, Captain Stacy, and Gwen all die tragic deaths in the comics. I'm not going to ask if that would have happened to any of them on SSM, but I am curious to know if the murder of supporting characters was something you would have used at some point.

There is balance in all things. Live in symmetry with the world around you. If you must blow things up and steal from those around you, THAT'S WHAT RPGS ARE FOR!
