I recently rewatched Young Justice: Invasion, and noticed that Sportsmaster calls Deathstroke by his real name, Slade; how widely known is Deathstroke's real name? Is it just a criminal underworld thing, or is it just a blondes thing (since the only other person I can recall using Deathstroke's real name is Terra)?

It's not just a blondes thing.
It's all case by case. So... not widely known. But not completely unknown either.
Some people know. There was a time - as when they killed Ted Kord together - when Sportsmaster and Deathstroke were occasional partners.
