This site will look much better in a browser that supports web standards, but it is accessible to any browser or Internet device.
A thick border is placed around the layout and the masthead is made to appear as part of that border. It's a small visual tweak that can add a different, perhaps more complex, feeling to your layout.
The layout uses all the base skidoo stylesheets and has the stylesheet tweak_01.css applied to it as well. This stylesheet is responsible for making all the changes to the base layout.
We can call the color scheme for this layout "wood".
A small change to the markup is required to get this layout
functional. A new element, #bodyWrapper is used to
encapsulate #outerColumnContainer. This new element
handles generating the 1px black border on the sides of the
layout, allowed #pageWrapper to become the
thicker, outer border that (visually) ties into the masthead.
