TRAVIS> I prefer Fox as Xanatos's wife.

I don't want it to be illegal, therefore it isn't. That's how it works!

Greg Weisman, where did you come up with the "Pack"?, you were so genius with Coyote being an android version of Xanatos, or Wolf being a Descendent of Hakon, Clancy Brown is also my favorite and should voice Megatron, Fox should've stayed to fill the canine Pack, Dingo voiced by Jim Cummings who also did Monte ray Jack on Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers, and Jackal and Hyena excellent designs, and I hope you make more shows like this, oh Tim Curry is my favorite too! Last I made an amalgam called Brainiac Coyote, these are the words of a fan!

What fanfic pairing is worse:
Goliath/Thailog or Demona/Elisa?

They should just say how many people were killed in all wars through out human history and the greatest amount of death has come in the 20th century.

And it continues...

CHIP> EXCUSE ME!!!! "And to truly think that mass murder and genocide was a-okay I'd have to be a Christian"?!?! As a practicing and believing Christian, I take A TREMENDOUS amount of offense to that!!!! Here's the thing about Demona, she IS a villain. She is ACTIVELY trying to destroy the the human race. The clan is trying to stop her. Yes, they aren't obeying human laws, but that's not their fault, the laws don't currently recognize them. That's the real difference between the two. Intent. Demona INTENDS to destroy humanity. Goliath doesn't. That much IS black and white. Yes, there are layers, and shades of grey, but boil it down and take a look at each group's intent. One wants to wipe out an entire sentient species, and the other wants to protect it.

ALGERNON> I'm not holding her to "black and white" logic. Goliath has killed people in the "heat of battle" to defend himself and others, Demona has killed for revenge, to acquire power and for her own amusement. If you can't see the moral distinction, then you really have no business debating ethics at all.

And I second Chip, random attacks on peoples' religious beliefs that have NOTHING to do with the topic does not make you look clever.

DEMONA APOLOGIST> let's see now how many were killed when the Christians travelled the world simply because they had different beliefs? how many innocent people were tortured and murdered out of fear during the witch hunts and then let's not forget the crusades where the Christian church went to war over a city Jesus himself declared unimportant! the Christian church has a long and bloody history of persecution. this is despite the commandment not to kill. During the crusades any soldier not willing to fight a "holy war" were in fact put to death.

ALGERNON> So what? Your going to hold every Christian alive today responsible for the actions of some Middle-Ages warlords who've been dead for centuries? Gee, who does that sound like?

And then I went and banned this guy's ass for hate speech.

For those of you not on Facebook, the "Make a Real Gargoyles Movie, Disney" group was recently visited by a Demona Apologist. I figure I'll share the comments.

DEMONA APOLOGIST> not sure I truly class Demona as a true Villan. When she's had the upper hand she's stopped short of reaching her goals. For all her hatred she doesn't smash the stone Elisa and acted to save Angela when she saw what her actions had done.

Of all the Gargoyles of the 'Manhattan' clan she has seen humans at their truest. The Witch hunts, two world wars and countless other conflicts and examples. The spanish inquisition the persecution of and massacre of the aboriginal people of multiple lands. All examples of what man is willing and able to do to their own. All things Goliath and the rest slept through. If we cannot live with each other is it wrong to believe they'd never accept Gargoyles. Demon for me and I know there others agree, is less a villainess and more a victim trapped by choices. While Goliath is impossibly naive, sometimes putting the clan and his cause in serious danger. willing to barrel past humans to kidnap a frightened human woman. no matter the truth of the situation those witnesses would tell their story and anti-gargoyle sentiment would spread. I've seen people demonise Demona while canonising Goliath. Gargoyles was so far ahead of other series because things were never black and white but subtle shades of grey.

Demona in my eyes is not a Villain but a victim of circumstance, an anti hero who is more human than she could be able to admit. Goliath is not an all conquering hero but a confused and lost stranger in a far off land and time trying to do what's best and sometimes failing.

How ever you see the characters, I'm sure we can all agree Gargoyles held up a mirror to is and showed us just what human kind is like.

ME> She is a villain, and she made her own misery. Or, to quote Greg Weisman: "the massacre was your fault, you stupid bitch."

DEMONA APOLOGIST> nice to see that you have such a closed mind to anything outside your own belief. everyone has a right to their own opinion but with that right is the responsibility to treat other opinions with the same open minded respect as you would wish your opinion to be treated.

INCISIVIS> Demona: she's a wonderfully complex and tragic character, as well as a badass. However, her villainy is without question: villainy depends on actions rather than circumstances. Demona took evil actions, and regardless of her motivation, she caused the deaths of many gargoyles and refuses to admit it. She caused the death of many humans, gleefully, in "City of Stone". She's a villain.

DEMONA APOLOGIST> On the basis of a black and White view of her you have to apply the same logic to the rest. The manhattan clan are by that logic all criminals, having constantly broken human laws. If deeds regardless of circumstances are what defines a villain then the series has no real heroes.

ME> Carl, are you accusing me of having a closed mind? Or Greg Weisman... you know, the guy who created her. Actually, Carl has a point, it is my responsibility to treat the opinions of those who think murder and genocide are a-okay with the same open minded respect as I wish my opinions that murder and genocide are wrong should be treated.

ALGERNON> You know what the Manhattan Clan don't do Carl? They don't massacre and mutilate helpless unconscious people while laughing about it, they don't attempt to murder members of their own kind just for not agreeing with their ideology and they don't use genocide as a means of avoiding personal responsibility.

ME> Bin Laden and al Qaeda aren't bad. I bet if you try and see things from their point of view, you'll agree that all those New Yorkers got what was coming to 'em!

DEMONA APOLOGIST> Goliath has killed people and the entire clan consistently broken the law with the aid of a sworn police officer. [BOLD]And to truly think mass murder and genocide was a-okay I'd have to be a Christian.[/BOLD] All I did was state a counter argument for a cartoon character being a villain in the classic sense of the term and question the validity of classing the clan as heroes. If you hold Demoba to black or white logic you have to do so to the rest. you can't say circumstance has no say in her actions but protects the others.

And that's where the argument is now. Did anyone notice the bigoted slur he made there?

Even though it'd be impossible, I would adore behind the scenes material by the people who made The Goliath Chronicles.

I was thinking about putting TGC on but then I could put the comics in but I left it but damn I forgot the Gathering part 2.
VickyUK - [vickysunseeker@aol.com]

TGC is a Mocumentary brought back from Brooklyn's Timedance in the future. It's the only thing he brought back to share with the clan because it is so outlandish. LOL.
Vinnie - [tpeano29@hotmail.com]
God Bless you All!

TGC doesn't exist. xD

Chip>Bad Guys technically wouldn't count. It's a separate series. It's like Buffy being absent from "Angel".
Harlan Phoenix - [harlanphoenix@live.com]

Hey, Greg, in "Secrets", Robin found out about Artemis' full history, do you think that might happen in issue 16 of Young Justice?
kyle K. - [jrkincaid1982@yahoo.com]

Jurgan> He wasn't in The Silver Falcon, Kingdom, and Pendragon. Counting Comics, he wasn't in 8,9, or 10. Or any of the Issues of Bad Guys. Although he was mention in Bad Guys #6. He WAS in 11, albeit locked in stone sleep by the Magus's spell, but he was there.

This is a link to the only Japanese dubbed episode of Gargoyles I could find online, "Sentinel." Of course, seeing Gargoyles dubbed in Japanese could give rise to the FALSE rumor that it was originally an anime dubbed in English.

I personally don't know the slightest things about YJ xD
But the second season sounds good for the next time.

Comet

Lol. well just keep in mind that not all gargoyles fans necessarily watch young justice (or if they do, may not memorize it to the extent at which we have for gargoyles). so referencing YJ might get lost on some people

in any case, you still have second season of gargoyles episodes to do.
and you could also do world tour episodes.

I'm a bit lost in this countdown. When I saw Masterdramon say "Independence Day" I thought we were counting with Young Justice episode titles. Then when Greg Bishansky said "Yom Kippur", I was thrown off, unless it's meant to be 3, as in the 1973 Yom Kippur War. So, um 4? Drop Zone?
