You mentioned in your Gathering 2007 - Insta-Journals, that you had the opportunity to see Ocean's 13 and Knocked Up with your wife Beth? I'd love to hear your reviews of them and any other movies you happen to see or plan on seeing this summer in a "Ramble" if you find the time.
Speaking of your wife Beth, is Elisa's sister named after her? Does that make her your favorite character?
Speaking of going out and seeing movies, have people on the street ever stopped you and said, "Hey, are you Greg Weisman?" and asked for your autograph?
Rambles on movies when I have time... not opposed, but I don't know when I'll have time. Basically, I enjoyed Waitress the most. But I also enjoyed Ocean's 13 and Knocked Up. Didn't think they were great films, but I enjoyed 'em.
Beth Maza is named after my wife. But I love all the Gargoyles characters. Beth is my favorite wife though.
And, no. That has never happened.
I know you read the Buffy season 8 comics. Are you following any other series?
At the moment, I'm following Buffy, Justice League of America and Aquaman (or whatever it's called), but mostly I'm reading the Marvel Essentials -- when I have the time.
Who amongst the modern day male human characters in gargoyles is goliath most like?
In what way?
If Demona were to achieve her goal of Gargoyle supremacy and/or extinguishing the human race, would she be able to coexist peacefully with the rest of her species or would she find another vendetta to exact her hatred on?
Good question.
What would happen if Demona met Magneto?
They have similiar goals (an oppressed minority fighting back against the oppressive human majority), but would she consider him an enemy since mutants are related to humans?
This question is of no interest to me.
Were the major thems created in the series intended to have real world meaning, or were they merely for plot motion?
Both, if I'm understanding you correctly.
After reading through the Roswell Conspiracy Bible, I have to ask, were the modern day political undertones in the story intentional? The Global Alliance for examples seems a lot like the US in its unilateral and heavy handed approach to dealing with the various alien groups.
Well, keep in mind I wrote that a decade ago.
I don't believe these questions have been asked before.
1. How does Duval remember King Arthur's reign, what is his current (as of 1996) opinion of King Arthur and his reign?
2. As of Issue #4 of the SLG Comic, does Duval know that King Arthur has been awakened?
1. I'm not answering this at this time.
2. Ditto.
I'm just going to ramble on Brooklyn's crushes. (Am I the only one who's favorite character is NOT him?)
The way I saw them, Maggie was the only genuine crush. He really seemed to care for her, and loved her enough to let her go rather than fight Talon for her. Angela could almost have been a rebound, and teenage boy + only avalible girl is going to inevediably create sparks. Poor guy's probably lonely too. Delilah, she was just a shot in the dark. He didn't know anything about her, but he was darn willing to learn! I think he's just looking for ANYONE to love him. He needs more specific standards.
I don't see Angela as a rebound. It was a full-on crush, easily equal to or not greater than Maggie, IMO. Otherwise, I largely agree with you.
Hey! I was reading about how you had wanted to do an entire episode on the tricksters from the Gargoyle's universe that we'd been introduced to. I really like this idea and am really sorry it was never done when the show was on television. I was wondering if you still planned on doing that episode in comic book form? (I'm sure that some form of that idea is in your timeline somewhere; what I mean is that if it will be in the comic books, will it be sooner or later on in the series). I also remember reading that you thought about taking Anansi out of the episode. Is that still your plan? I think it would be a lot more interesting if he was in there too, but it's not my story, it's yours. Here's hoping I get to read this story in comic book form one day.
Thank you for your time and all that you do.

I plan on doing everything eventually. I'm not going to reveal much more at this time.
