In Young Justice, are we going to see police and some villians use real guns like in Batman: Brave and the Bold?

If yes, do you actually take your time and effort to draw them in great detail similar to the ones from Batman: Gotham Knight?

Greg responds...

I guess it depends on your definition of "great detail". They are as detailed as anything else in the series, based on our design style. They're not photo-realistic, but that's not the style of the series. But the style's more realistic than, say, SpecSpidey was. (Which is not a VALUE judgment, as I'm a huge fan of BOTH Sean and Phil.)

Is Anastasia fully human? I know you said when Puck transformed into Owen, that he was fully human, the only hint otherwise was his ability to transform back.
I was just curious how Anastasia could be fully human and have a half-human child. Is the magic in her DNA?

Greg responds...

Yes.

hi, greg.

i remember reading here that you're a fan of dexter. from what i know of your writing career (gleaned online), you've written mostly pg-13 to g-rated material. i was just curious if you've ever written hard-r type stuff whether for fun or for work. if the opportunity presented itself, would you write a dexter: early cuts short? thanks.

Greg responds...

I've written more adult material here and there -- though of course, it's not wise to confuse me with Edmund Tsabard or imply that I have anything to do with Blue Mug Productions.

Anyway, yes, I'd love to work on ANY aspect of Dexter. Though I'm also happy just watching it!

Thank you for answering my "Requiem for a Scarlet Speedster" questions. As a follow-up, I was wondering if I could get your opinion on this: speaking as both a fan and a notable writer, is there any realistic potential for an animated series based around the Flash? Or does the character require a greater toehold in public consciousness, perhaps through a bigger media event (i.e., a film) before such a series would be likely to succeed?

Greg responds...

I'd tend to think the latter, but that's just a guess...

Hey, Greg love your work and I was wondering if you could spell Aqualad's name which I believe is suppose to be Atlantean.

Greg responds...

Come on, guys, check to see if a question has ALREADY been asked before posting it again.

In "Legion", we see Iago and the computer program modelled on Xanatos merge into one being. Does this mean they combined aspects of their personalities? Did the Xanatos program's aspects transfer over when Iago was downloaded into the Coldsteel body?

Greg responds...

No, by that time, the virus had eaten itself, remember?

Was there a special or significant reason Xanatos chose Judge Roebling to officiate his wedding? You have me spoiled to such a degree that when I first saw the episode, I thought I had missed a previous appearance or mention of him, like how Owen kept mentioning the Emir. In fact, I half expected Owen to preside over the ceremony. ;)

Greg responds...

Judge R could be trusted.

know when we'll get a trailer? will we finally see some commercials airing on cartoon network now that we're less than a month away from the airing of the pilot?

Greg responds...

Done and done.

(We are talking about Young Justice, right?)

Hey Greg.

In "Heritage" Natsilane battles Raven using a shield and spear. In the course of the battle, we see Nick wield the shield almost as if it was a magical force field and he shoots some sort of lighting bolt from the spear.

Are the spear and shield themselves magically powerful? Or are the just ordinary battle gear that have channeled magic because they are being used by Natsilane the Chief of this Haida tribe? In other words, is the magic coming from the tools themselves or from Natsilane due to his heritage?

Thanks Greg!

Greg responds...

How about all of the above?

Keeping Young Justice continuity straight...

All Young Justice television episodes and comic book issues will have captions stating place, month, day and time. So you can figure out EXACTLY where the comics fit - continuity-wise - relative to the television series and vice versa.
