When did Beatriz Bonilla de Costa become Fire?
Did she send Brion's suit long-distance? That would explain why she wasn't present at the meeting in "Princes All", and why there's such a long gap between "Rescue Op" and "Evolution."

Beatriz debuted as Chama Verde in Team Year Six. She joined the Justice League as Fire in Team Year Seven.
I don't know what you mean by "send Brion's suit long-distance". I'm sure she handed it to Nightwing at the Watchtower. And plenty of Leaguers weren't present in "Princes All." And I don't think the gap between episodes requires explanation.
