Hi, Greg! Hope you're doing well. My questions this time are about Red Tornado.

1. Was he inducted to the Justice Society the same year he was born (ie, 1948)?
2. You've revealed previously that he was deactivated for a long time between his tenure with the JSA and his induction to the Justice League. What year was he deactivated?
3. What year was he reactivated?
4. Gonna toe the spoiler line, but... who reactivated RT?
