Cure tech questions.

I rememberer reading somewhere (the wiki, here, or maybe a youtube comment) that The control Chips we see in later seasons were derived from the Techno sorcery Starro Chips in season 1. This was then countered by “Cure-tech” derived

Could cure tech neutralize the new Control chips the Light uses? If not, can they be modified to do so? Say into an “Anditode chip” like in Episode 3.22?

Did the Justice League ever do anything with their cure tech After everyone was innoculated? Or was it simply too specific to get any further use out of?
