Between the events of "Young Justice: Phantoms" and "Young Justice: Targets," did Superboy attended at least one mandatory therapy session with Black Canary in order to discuss his post-Phantom Zone mental state and to determine whether or not he was ready to rejoin the Outsiders (which he obviously did)?
